Level 1 – Water Familiarization & Confidence Building

For beginners and hesitant swimmers, this stage focuses on water safety, floating, breathing, and basic movement. Through calm guidance and hands-on coaching, adults learn to feel relaxed, balanced, and confident in the water.

Level 2 – Basic Strokes & Breathing Techniques

“Learning to move with ease and rhythm.”
Participants are introduced to fundamental strokes such as freestyle and backstroke while mastering coordinated breathing, body positioning, and gentle kicking techniques. Lessons emphasize comfort and smooth movement through the water.

Level 3 – Stroke Development & Endurance

“Confidence turns into control.”
Learners refine their strokes, improve stamina, and begin swimming longer distances. This stage focuses on rhythm, proper technique, and consistent breathing — helping adults develop efficiency and flow.

Level 4 – Advanced Strokes & Speed Training

“Stronger strokes, greater confidence.”
Adults progress to breaststroke and butterfly, focusing on timing, coordination, and speed. Structured drills help refine form and technique while building overall strength and endurance.

Level 5 – Stroke Improvement & Technique Refinement

“Perfecting the art of swimming.”
This level polishes stroke accuracy and efficiency. Coaches use personalized feedback and interval training to help swimmers fine-tune their performance, improve pace, and develop smoother transitions between strokes.

Level 6 – Endurance & Fitness Training

“Swim. Strengthen. Sustain.”
Designed for advanced swimmers and fitness enthusiasts, this stage enhances cardiovascular strength, stamina, and race techniques. Adults engage in endurance drills, speed sets, and interval training, preparing them for competitions or lifelong wellness through swimming.
