These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of M P Sports Club's Website, located at https://www.mpaquatics.in.
By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use MP Sports Club if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The Center is for the use of registered guest only.
Swimming Costumes & Gear are compulsory.
Please shower with Soap/Shampoo before & after use of Swimming pool.
The depth of the swimming pool is 3 feet to 6 feet.
Elderly persons are requested to avoid entering into wet area and to be careful while walking in the premises.
Non-swimmers and learners must be supervised by responsible adults.
Must not use the swimming pool if having abnormal health.
During Ladies batch & Combination of children, Gents are strictly not allowed inside the pool area.
For the comfort and safety of guests, please refrain from jumping, diving, running, making objectionable sound in & around the center.
Management/Center is not responsible for any of your belongings.
All persons using the facility do so at their own risk and responsibility.
Missing class is compensated as per schedule on day-to-day basis.
Fees once paid shall not be Refunded/Transferred in any circumstances.
Changing batch timings is not entertained, and must be present 15 min before the actual allotted slot.
Entry to the center as well as particular sports arena will be permitted only by showing the valid identity card to the center officials/security personnel.
Students who complete free/back stroke for 15 meters with 6 rounds without support will be considered as intermediate level.
Club reserves all rights to Change/Dismiss/Reorganize any context regarding to schedule and classes.
Photography is prohibited except by authorization of Management.
Parents are not supposed to move around the arena/track and to be seated at designated place.
Request to parents not to compare their kid’s performance and conclude on their own kids.
Students/Members once finish their class/session have to move towards exit with strict discipline.
All participants are expected to abide by the instruction of coaches/Lifeguards of the particular sports discipline and co-operate with the Center in successful conduct of the said scheme.
Smoking and consumption of alcohol and Food is strictly prohibited inside the Premises.
The decision of executive official in all matters regarding the summer camp/regular Scheme/Membership Scheme will be final.
